Why Didn't My Home Sell?

To find out, complete the following analysis: 

  1. Was a sign used to advertise the fact that the property was on the market?


  2. Was the property listed in a Multi-List?


  3. How many counties were included in the Multi-List system? 


  4. How many internet sites were utilized? 


  5. Was a VIRTUAL TOUR produced and distributed?


  6. Was a Home Protection Plan offered to the Buyer?


  7. Was a written commitment given of the services planned by the agent?


  8. Did this commitment allow you to FIRE the agent if he or she didn't perform as promised?  

  9. Did the agent utilize a "Showing Service" that allows showings to be scheduled during non business hours?


  10. Was a Market Analysis conducted on the property to determine pricing?


  11. Was the property listed within 5% of indicated price?


  12. Did the Listing Agent provide adequate communication to the seller?


  13. Did the Listing Agent provide help on "Staging" the home for showings?


  14. Was the Listing Agent a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)


  15. Did the Listing Agent have a full time support staff?


  16. Did the Listing Office have an in-house mortgage company?


  17. Did the Listing Office have an in-house title company?


  18. How many years experience did the Listing Agent have?


  19. Was the Listing Office the Prudential Relocation Primary Broker for the area?


  20. Did the Listing Agent utilize a "Saleability Checklist?"
