Color Selection

After your Agreement of Sale has been submitted, you will be contacted to schedule your color selection. This can be a nerve-wracking experience if you are not prepared. During color selection, you will select items such as:

• Any structural changes (adding windows etc.)
• All exterior colors (siding, roofing, brick, shutters etc)
• Options and extras
• Kitchen style and color
• Bath colors
• Location of phone and cable jacks
• Floor coverings (carpet, padding, tile, vinyl flooring)
• Appliance colors

Before color selection, it is a good idea to drive through the development where you will be building in order to gather ideas for your home. This shortens the time needed for color selection however you should plan on selection taking at least 2 hours.
