Exterior Finishes

Exterior finishes may or may not be completed prior to settlement depending in weather conditions, time of year and scheduling issues. The lot will be back filled, topsoil replaced, graded, raked and seeded. The driveway will be surfaced with the base coat of macadam. The second finish coat of macadam should be applied approximately 12 to 18 after the base coat. This allows settlement to cease and allows for a smoother finish on your driveway.
