Interior Work

Once the drywall process has been completed, the next step is to install the remaining interior components. Kitchen cabinets and countertops are installed as well as bath vanities and fixtures. Lighting fixtures will be installed as well as the electric outlets and switches. Once completed, any remaining trim is installed in preparation of the installation of the floor coverings.

Installation of the floor coverings is one of the last interior items to be completed. Many homes feature tile entries, vinyl kitchens, laundry and baths, and carpet in remaining rooms, however, you are free to change these floor coverings. Once the floor coverings are secured, the entire house is cleaned in preparation of your settlement.
