Finally your new house is completed and waiting for you to move in. You will be contacted by the builder to schedule your new home "walk through". The builder takes pride in superior construction. Even with this commitment to excellence, minor defects will be noted. These will be addressed at the walk through and scheduling arranged to complete the repairs. You will also be instructed on the proper maintenance and use of the many features of your new home. At this time you have the opportunity to ask the builder's representative any questions you may have regarding your new home. With this completed, you are ready to attend settlement and move into you beautiful new home.
