Creating a Wish List

You have decided you want a home in this area. Your next decision is to determine your housing wants and needs. Start by creating a wish list of features wanted in your new home. Items to consider include specific items such as: Bedrooms, Baths, Style, Age (new vs. existing). In addition, items such as development or rural,  and proximity to services such as the shopping and recreation must be considered.  It can be difficult to keep track of the features of each house you view. Utilizing a worksheet will help. Complete the following WISH LIST and keep it with your home buying documents.
