Multiple Offer Policy

It is my intent to treat all Buyers and Realtors in a fair manner while representing the best interests of my client. The following guidelines will be utilized regarding multiple written offers on properties listed by Steve Werley:

 

    1) Written offers will be summarized and presented using summary forms.

    2) Written offers will be presented in the order physically received at my office.

    3) Information disclosed or not disclosed will be at the direction of my client.

    4) All written offers will be presented in a timely manner.

    5) PAR Form 107 will be utilized and distributed to Agents presenting offers.
