Pinebrook HOA

Information

 

Pinebrook contains several areas within the development, each with its own rules and HOA. The original clusters are under the jurisdiction of the Pinebrook HOA while the semi-detached homes and new townhomes are located in Brookside Court. Each area has use of the common areas including the pool and tennis courts.

 

Pinebrook:

This area is strictly townhouses with a "footprint" lot. All common area maintenance, lawn care, and snow removal are covered by the HOA.

Brookside Court:

This area consists of townhouses as well as semi-detached homes with private yards.
